Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We currently ship via USPS and UPS, with tracking provided upon dispatch. Each item is carefully wrapped in eco-conscious packaging with personal touches like thank-you notes or floral accents to reflect our rooted and radiant style. Inventory is updated regularly and monitored to ensure accuracy and availability.


Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and cared for in every purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days. To initiate a return, customers may email customer support and will receive a return address and further instructions. Store credit may also be offered in select cases.

As the brand grows, tasks may be delegated to trusted assistants or contractors. All platform logins are securely stored, including access to Shopify, Instagram, email, and inventory systems. Payments are processed through PayPal, Stripe, or Shopify Payments, with weekly reviews and monthly bookkeeping reconciliations.
